# Use Seeds (Save, Upload, Organize)

#### Save a Webpage

1. Visit any webpage.
2. Click the **myNeutron Chrome Extension** icon.
3. Select **Save Page**.
4. The page appears instantly in your **Dashboard → Seeds** tab.

#### Save a Highlighted Section

1. Highlight any text on a webpage.
2. Right-click and choose **Save Selection with myNeutron**.
3. The highlighted text becomes a Seed with its title and source.

#### Upload Files or Text

1. In your **Dashboard**, click **Add New Seed**.
2. Choose **Text** or **File**.
   * **Text:** Type or paste content.
   * **File:** Upload PDFs, DOCX, PPTX, or images.
3. Click **Add Seed** to finish.

#### Organize Seeds

* Rename or edit titles directly in the Seed card.
* Delete Seeds you don’t need anymore.
* (Coming soon) Tag or group Seeds by topic.

> **Tip:** Use clear, specific names like *“Claude Integration Docs”* or *“AI Token Launch Notes”* to find them faster later.
